Place the following ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then let it cool while you prepare the sandwiches.
2-sticks of butter
¼ cup brown sugar
2 TBSP dry mustard
2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ TBSP of poppy seeds
2 - Packs of Hawaiian Rolls (try to keep all 12 of the buns together as you slice them in half)
1 lb. Ham (thinly sliced) place ½ lb on each pack of rolls.
1 lb. Swiss cheese (thinly sliced) place ½ lb on each pack of rolls.

For the Rub:
Place sandwiches in a baking pan and pour sauce evenly over the rolls.
Refrigerate for 4-5 hours (or prep them the night before the big game)
Bake @ 375 for 15 minutes, or until you see the cheese melting
Tip: if you cut the rolls just before placing them in the oven, it makes it easier to separate them when serving them up.
